Lunch by Arrangement
We offer lunch to guests who are touring the backwaters or passing by to other destinations. This is strictly by prior arrangement only. No walk in guests are entertained for lunch. This offer includes welcome drink, farm tour, snacks, beverages (at additional cost), soup, lunch, dessert and tea/ coffee. Approximate time guest spents on the farm is about 2 to 3 hours. Rates are available on request. |

Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- Reservations will be confirmed with an advance payment of 25% of the total room charges. The balance is to be paid 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
- Payment is accepted in Cash/Travellers Cheques/Demand Drafts.
- For Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 25% of the total room charges will be charged as retention.
- For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the date of arrival, the total room charges will be charged as retention.
